Return Process

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and schedule a convenient home collection or drop the package at a designated carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
